I have looked into several websites offering package deals. I am trying to find one hotel affordable enough for us all. I did a cross-section of round-trip flights from Long Beach, California to Chicago for Oct. 21-23, with the following results. Mind you, some of those listed, which are less expensive, seem pretty far away from downtown; I'm wondering if the travel costs back and forth would eat up any savings. Also, these are per person, e-ticket prices.
