ITINERARY
Since our Gathering is in October, all of the following is subject to change, but this will give you an idea as to how it's shaping up at this point. We're lookin' good!! Oct. 21st - Friday, 6:00pm - 9:00pm: Mixer: Cocktails, hot hors d'oeuvres/buffet. Receive T-shirts and other prepaid memorabilia. Photographer present. Oct. 21st - Friday, 9:00pm -- ???: If you're into Blues/Jazz, leave this time slot open - I'm working on something you'll remember for years to come. Oct. 22nd - Saturday, 7:00am - 11:00am: Social room available; perhaps brunch buffet. Oct. 22nd - Saturday, 8:00pm -- ???: Dinner/Dancing/Entertainment; Photographer present. Oct. 23, Sunday: Perhaps a bit of shopping at The Maxwell Street Market open Sundays from 7am to 3 pm.
