To Anyone Wandering More or Less Lost in Cyberspace: If you, like me, are essentially a wide-eyed tourist to Cyberspace rather than a native, then you need to meet Margie Summers, who on the Internet is widely known as "MSum" but who in the minds of many, including mine, is The Lady of One Thousand and One Solutions. While I know for a fact that she is a warm, caring person, I still harbor the vague suspicion that she is also a modern-day wizard—no one could be so quick, so intuitive, so artistic and creative and technically brilliant, without a bit of magic in there somewhere. Whatever her secret, this is the truth as I see it: If you need help or advice or basic conceptualization for an Internet venture generally or a website of your own specifically, then you really do need to see for yourself what Magic Summers, a.k.a. Margie Summers, The Lady of One Thousand and One Solutions, can do. And why her as opposed to anyone else? Here’s why: Cyberspace, as you’ve no doubt heard, is still in its Wild West, frontier days, with its virtual versions of charlatans and frauds, snake-oil salesmen and gunslingers, bandits and bushwhackers. So despite Margie’s slightly scary brilliance and her uncanny ability to grasp Internet problems and propose perfect solutions at near light speed, perhaps her single greatest quality to recommend her is also the simplest: she is honest. You can trust her. In the virtual world, no less than the real world—and maybe more—honesty and trust are the basis of any smart business relationship. So be smart. Use Margie. Prosper with that real peace of mind that only comes with total trust. Will you prosper? Yes. Absolutely. As an absolutely satisfied Sumsites client myself (Pro Writer Seeking Pro Agent), I personally can guarantee you that, through Margie Summers, you will prosper, in one way or another. In the Ancient World there was King Midas, who had the "Golden Touch," anything his finger touched turning to gold. In Cyberworld, there is Margie Summers, who has that same kind of magic—anything she touches is magically enriched. And I do mean anything. If your website gets the Margie Touch, then it will be rendered far more valuable; and if you are truly lucky, as I was, she will also touch your life, enriching you. In the Wild Old West, there were also good, decent, hardworking people. Ditto in Cyberspace. Margie’s one of them. Sincerely, Paul Soderberg, novelist 28 March 2002 |
